Amid 12 to 14 Hours Per Day Work Load Russian President Urges People To Have Sex During Work Breaks

As Russia’s birth rate hits its lowest point since 1999, Russian President Vladimir Putin encourages Russians to indulge in sex during coffee and lunch breaks to address the country’s declining birth rate.

The country’s fertility rate currently at 1.5 children per woman, drops down below the 2.1 rate required to maintain a stable population.

When a reporter asked Health Minister Dr. Yevgeny Shestopalov that how could people find time in a workload of 12 to 14 hours per day to have children, the minister stated being too busy at work is not a valid reason to avoid procreation.

Putin previously had insisted, the preservation of the Russian population was the nation’s highest priority emphasizing that the fate of Russia would depend on how many Russians would be there.

Other than the decline in the birth rate, over 1 million younger Russians who have left the country due to the war with Ukraine also adds up as a reason for the desperation.
