- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- Must possess a degree in law
- Practicing as an advocate in the High Court of Bombay or “subordinate thereto for not less than seven years on the date of publication of advertisement and while computing the period for practicing as an advocate, the period during which he/she has held The post of the Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate or Judicial Officer shall be included
Required age limit – 35–48 years
Payscale – INR 51,550– 63,070/–Per month.
