How Young And Aged Lawyers Are Protected By The Jharkhand Govt With 5 Lakh Medical Insurance
A medical insurance scheme of Rs. 5 lakh for lawyers in the state has been announced by the Jharkhand government.
The decision came up during a Cabinet meeting led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
Nearly about 30,000 lawyers are to be benefitted by the move.
Doubling The Pension For Lawyers-
During the Cabinet meeting proposal to double the pension of advocates Aged 65 years and above from Rs. 7,000 to 14,000 per month has also been approved.
The approved decision aims to protect independently practicing lawyers, young and aging lawyers from the lack of adequate health support.
