Cactus communications is looking for a legal intern who will be responsible for-
- Drafting, review and provide legal advice on all legal agreements such as Vendor agreement, NDAs, Client agreements etc.
- Deriving all contractual and legal related queries.`
- Laising with the external legal consultant for legal queries.
- Providing legal expertise to other departments.
- Assisting the legal term in formalities with regard to adherence with local and overseas laws and regulations.
Job Location – Mumbai.
Candidate Profile Must Include –
UG – LLB
PG – LLM
A candidate who has a law degree with strong academic background or a student pursuing law degree .
Who has a sound knowledge and understanding of Corporate Laws and procedures and Labour laws .
Excellent mail writing and communication skills, analytical skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
