Job Description-
- Preparing various US work visa cases especially H-1B & PERM cases.
- Conduct basic legal research on immigration
- Prepare immigration application, employment-based, family-based after conferring with our US office.
- Answer client queries pertaining to immigration case status.
- Train and supervise junior immigration professionals.

Qualification Required-
LL.B or M.B.A. Degree
Graduates of U.S. Universities in any subject (MBAs or Computer) are highly preferred
Area of Function- Legal, Regulatory, Intellectual Property
Role- Legal Manager- A full time employment.
Preferred Candidate Profile-
- 2+ year of U.S. Immigration, H-1B case preparation experience.
- Have worked and studied on PERM cases.
- Must have knowledge of US immigration law
- Should have excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and handle projects with rapidly changing priorities.
Salary- INR 3,25,000 – 4,25,000 PA. Negotiable based on candidate profile and experience.
