Rashtrawadi Students Congress Demands Pass Percentage To be Reduced For Law Students

The Rashtrawadi Students Congress in Maharashtra has demanded that the pass percentage be reduced from 50 percent to 30 percent for law students at  Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.

According to the party’s committee members, the pass percentage has been progressively raised to 50 percent for law students taking the law examination which has reduced the number of students clearing the exam.

They also pointed out that this pass percentage cutoff was being applied to this university alone, and that it had deterred several students from pursuing law education.

The memorandum demanding the reduction of pass percentage has been signed by District secretary Navnath Devkatte, Bhagwat Dukhre, Azhar Patel, Rushikesh Totla along with several other party members.
